About US - JOEY R MARINO FILMS

Our story

I am an independent Director, Producer, and Writer based in Boston, working alongside my wife, who leads our production design and art direction. My creative journey began as a piano player, followed by years in the high-rise construction industry, before fully committing to filmmaking.

For the past 12 years, I have been directing, producing, and writing films in Boston—overseeing every stage from pre-production planning to final release. With a strong network of collaborators, our dedicated crew includes an Assistant Director, Director of Photography, Sound Engineer, Focus Puller, Gaffers, Grips, PAs, Colorist, Editor, Hair/Makeup team, and Post-Production Sound specialists.
